We talk a lot about this every new year…
The first five trading days of January start to put the odds of the year in place. Here’s what we mean: When stocks finish the first five days higher, the S&P 500 has been positive more than 80% of the time at the year-end with an average gain of about 13%.
(That’s according to the Stock Trader’s Almanac, which studies this stock market phenomenon going back to 1950.)
But there’s one small qualifier here…
When Democrats are in control of Washington, that average gain is around 2.8%. So in today’s video, we thought it would be a good idea to show you what we think is the best way to trade this information, including a few additional money making ideas.
