World stock markets are mostly higher this morning following Federal Reserve Chair Jerome Powell’s newest monetary policy remarks.
Overnight the S&P 500 ticked 0.2% higher after Powell declared U.S. central banks will continue to keep short-term interest rates low and buy as many bonds as needed to keep the markets running without a hitch.
